    Response and resolution targets for ongoing work are defined in your statement of work or support agreement. If you don’t have a document yet, ask for a maintenance retainer when you contact us.

Include your company name, project or environment name, steps to reproduce (for bugs), and severity. For security-sensitive topics, use email and avoid sharing credentials in plain chat.
