Controller vs processor

For personal data collected through our website and sales process, Dev Flink typically acts as a controller. For personal data we process strictly on behalf of a client under a contract, we may act as a processor; in that case the client’s privacy notice and agreement govern how data is used.

Your rights

Subject to conditions in applicable law, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your country.

International transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA or UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms permitted by law.
